BUILDER SERVICES
At Jack's Tile & Carpet, we strive to make the process of selecting flooring for your new home as simple, transparent, and streamlined as possible. We have a diversified showroom in Newport News which displays the timeless beauty of ceramic/porcelain/natural stone tiles, natural hardwoods, durable vinyl planks, and soft yet long-lasting carpets. You can select flooring for your entire home in one shopping experience. We also have over 20 flooring displays throughout our showroom and bathrooms to make the selection process even easier.
INSTALLATION SERVICES
At Jack's we have a saying: "Anyone can sell you flooring, BUT getting it installed correctly, professionally, and in a timely manner; well that's what separates us!" Jack's Tile and Carpet has nine teams of in-house installation teams. Our most senior installers have worked for us for over 20 years. We do not subcontract our work to other companies. Jack, Robert, and the sales team not only work with you on your selections but also have a direct line of daily communication with the installers who will be installing your products in your new home. This leads to a seamless installation where no details are missed.
