CHRIS W.

We were very pleased with every aspect of working with Jack's Tile & Carpet. Our salesperson was very helpful from in the initial visit to our home to discuss options and measuring all the way through choosing the right flooring for us. The install team was also very friendly and courteous. They did a very nice job. We definitely plan to use Jack's Tile & Carpet again for any future flooring changes.

SANDRA G.

Well the first thing is they responded very quickly to our call. Then a rep came out with samples after telling him what we were interested in. We wanted the master bedroom done, then we were so pleased we asked them to do all of our upstairs & the stairs. The team that they sent out to install were great guys. They were meticulous & precise. Very professional & polite. We are so happy with their service. Thanks Jack for running a top rate business.

RICHARDEAN B.

The work performed was exceptional and completed as specified. The workers arrived on time and were professional when interacting with me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality professional service.
