PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
HARDWOOD DELIVERY
We'll deliver your hardwood to you and allow it to acclimate to your home or office. This is a necessary step for proper installation, as hardwood is sensitive to temperature and moisture.
REMOVE ALL FURNITURE
Make sure the room is completely emptied of furniture. You may want to hire a professional moving team for this step, as they'll be more efficient and careful with your valuables.
DURING YOUR INSTALLATION
On the day of the installation, someone who is at least 18 years old will need to greet the installation team and show them to the work site. From there, we'll address any issues with your subfloor before we begin to place your hardwood. Once the installation begins, there will be lots of noise and dust, although we'll do our best to limit any inconveniences.
AFTER THE INSTALLATION
You may need to keep off of your new flooring for some time. The installation crew will advise you if this is the case. From there, it's up to you to care for and maintain your new flooring! Take a look at these hardwood care and maintenance tips.
