We are in Virginia Beach and came to Newport News-based Jack's because it is the exclusive vendor for this region in the Costco Carpet program. The Costco process is a bit more involved but not difficult and well worth it. We love the Shaw carpet that Jack's installed in our large master bedroom. From the office administration to the estimator (Kevan) to the installers, they were all first rate. Highly recommend.
We decided to go with Costco for carpeting our second floor because we trust Costco service, we compared prices to two other vendors, and we like Costco’s support for DEI programs. Jack’s Tile was the vendor for Costco. They did a great job, good communication, quality product, smooth installation. The upgraded padding with Shaw and Anderson Tuftex makes it feel like we are walking on clouds. Very happy.
We contracted Jack's Tile and Carpet to replace our shower floor pan, shower floor and to repair the shower wall. Quan, the worker in charge, was beyond exceptional! He prepped the area really well, did all the work on time, his work was exceptional and I can say, without a doubt, that Quan is one of the most professional, talented, and experienced workers I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
From beginning to end, working with Jack's has been a wonderful experience. Everyone we worked with was so knowledgeable and proactive when helping to select our flooring, measure, schedule and install. We received such personal attention and Jack and his entire staff were so professional. All work was done on time and the installers did an amazing job with the demolition and install of our new kitchen tile flooring. I will definitely use Jack's Tile & Carpet for future flooring needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to someone looking to update their existing tile or carpet.

Had a custom carpet runner created/installed on our stairs and it is gorgeous. The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job and the communication from Jack's Tile & Carpet on the install could not have been better. I would give them a 10 star rating if that was an option!!!!

Jack Carpet and Tile did amazing work on our first floor. We had vinyl flooring installed in our living room, dining and office space. They gave great quotes and the entire install only took a day. We are so pleased that we are going to have them do our upstairs flooring as well.
